Push-up Challenge! Join me and your teammates starting Wednesday, February 1st to complete 2,510 push-ups in 28 days! Get your push-ups in all at once or throughout the day. Any variation or modified type of push-up is acceptable.  Just have fun with it as you increase your strength & muscular endurance.

The Team Workouts for February are:

  • Saturday, February 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th at 6:00-7:30AM: Masters Swim Workout at View Ridge Pool
  • Saturday, February 4th at 8:00AM-9:30AM: Team Get Together at Starbucks U-village
  • Sunday, February 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th at 9:00-10:30AM: Team FulGaz Ride
