Team Race: Ironman 70.3 Washington on Sunday, September 19th .  Pauole Sport has over 15 athletes racing at the Inaugural race in Maple Valley.  Come out on race day and support your teammates!

Please join us for our Labor Day Team Swim on Monday, September 6th at Madison Beach at 8:00AM. Hope to see you there for a fun morning swim and meet-up at Starbucks!

Team Open Water Swims will continue through September.  Starting Friday, September 3rd we will push back our start time to 6:15AM.  Our first Saturday back at the View Ridge Pool is September 25th at 6:10-7:40am.
