Ironman 70.3 Washington – September 18, 2022

Starting Saturday, January 8th our Team Swim’s at View Ridge Pool will be held from 6:00-7:30AM.  We will continue to have a sign-up sheet and assigned lanes.

The Team Workouts for January are:

  • Saturday, January 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th at 6:00-7:30AM: Masters Swim Workout at View Ridge Pool
  • Sunday, January 16th & 30th at 8:30-10:00AM: Team Zwift Ride
  • Sunday, January 23rd at 8:30AM: Team Trail Run at Grand Ridge Trail
