Team Track workouts will be starting back up again starting Thursday, February 3rd at Green Lake Track at 6pm. Thanks to teammates Ellen Wiegand & Beth Williams for stepping up and leading the team workouts. All running speeds/abilities are welcome!
The Team Workouts for February are:
- Thursday, February 3rd, 10th, & 24th at 6PM: Track at Green Lake Track
- Saturday, February 5th, 12th,19th & 26th at 6:00-7:30AM: Masters Swim Workout at View Ridge Pool
- Sunday, February 6th & 27th at 8:30-10:00AM: Team Zwift Ride
- Sunday, January 13th at 8:30AM: Team Trail Run at Grand Ridge Tra
