Open water swim workouts from 6:00-7:00AM at Madison Beach every Wednesday through September. These open water swims will include a long aerobic distance swim or a variety of steady, tempo and fast interval sets while improving your sighting and drafting skills. All levels and abilities of swimmers welcome.
