Open water swim workouts from 6:00-7:00AM at Madison Beach every Friday through September. These open water swims will include a long distance swim from beach to tennis club (and beyond) and back. All levels and abilities of swimmers welcome. Please bring your swim buoy.

Drop In Workouts: Interested in joining our team for a swim, bike, or run workout? Non team members are welcome to train with us on a drop in basis at $15/workout.
